Our fees
Our fees
There are no fixed tariffs in the notarial profession, which means that notarial fees may vary per office. We prefer to work with a competitive all in fee, so you are not surprised afterwards by additional notarial costs.
It is important to request a quote from us for the services to be performed. This way, you know exactly what to expect. The quote lists activities that are partly fixed based on the notary’s statutory duties. These are standard services. In addition, it may be necessary for us to carry out extra work as a result of special circumstances in your specific situation, or because additional services have been specifically requested. If such extra work results in additional notarial costs, we will inform you of this in good time.
In addition to notarial fees, there may be additional costs. Examples include Land Registry fees charged for a deed of transfer, the costs for registration in the Central Register of Wills for a will, and the costs for registration in the marital property register for prenuptial agreements.
