Michiel has been working at our office since July 2012. He is the manager of the New Construction and Mortgages department and, in that role, also serves as the point of contact for general questions relating to his department. In addition, Michiel is the contact person for project developers and municipalities. Michiel is a registered notarial clerk and is therefore required to obtain his professional education credits on an annual basis. He is also active in the field of new construction, both project based and self build, mortgages, commercial real estate, and is involved in the establishment and termination of limited real rights, as well as the main and or sub division into apartment rights and amendments thereto.
